Honda Motorcycles
Honda's first appearance in North America was in Vancouver in 1959, there were six original dealers that took on the new brand hopeful for something different than the norm, Rex and Glenn Turple were one of those original six, and the last standing of them too, making Turple Bros. Ltd. the oldest Honda dealer in North America. 10 years after the first Honda motorcycle came to north america, Honda Canada was formed. Throughout the years we have seen a lot of Honda Motorcycles come through our doors from the iconic CB750 (in our main logo) to the race winning CBR lineup, the new and old Africa Twin, the king of touring bikes, the Goldwing, and so many more. We always look forward to see what Honda Motorcycles brings us next. |

More Power, More TorqueThe 471 cc DOHC liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine uses a square bore & stroke of 67 mm x 66.8 mm for an optimum combination of strong low-end torque and excellent top-end power and performance. |
Assist Slipper ClutchNot only does the assist slipper clutch help to prevent rear-wheel lockup on downshifts, it also reduces effort at the lever by almost half, helping to reduce rider fatigue particularly in city traffic or on long rides. |
Easy ShiftingThe gear indicator and adjustable shift-up indicator make it even easier to use the smooth-shifting six-speed gearbox. |
Lightweight FrameThe lightweight diamond-shaped steel frame was designed to allow a certain degree of yield, which enables it to better respond to changes in the road surface and to transmit just the right amount of feedback to the rider. |
SuspensionThe upgraded suspension (compared to the previous generation) includes a Showa 41mm Separate Function Fork Big Piston (SFF-BP) USD forks – the same found on the CBR650R. Additionally, the Pro-Link® rear suspension compliments the front suspension with more lateral flex and a single-tube shock absorber with five-stage spring preload adjustment (replacing the double-tube design of the previous model). Its large-diameter piston also helps to ensure excellent suspension response and improved heat dissipation. Both the shock and the adjustable 41 mm fork are calibrated for a comfortable but sporty ride. |
Lightweight WheelsLightweight cast aluminum wheels with Y-shaped spokes not only look trick, they also contribute to the bike’s excellent manoeuvrability. |
